PROBE – USB connectivity – Activation of measuring bolt by pneumatic pressure – Measuring bolt mounted on a ball bearing – Separate guiding from the housing so that the movement of the measuring bolt moves easily even if the probe is not clamped appropriately – 8 mm probe housing, can be clamped over its entire length – The guides are effectively protected against penetration of liquids (oils) or solids (dust) by sealing bellows MEASUREMENT – No need to use an interface box as it connects directly to a computer’s USB port – The measuring inserts can be replaced or exchanged SOFTWARE – Possibility to manage from 1 to 4 USB probes with free TSIP software downloadable from TESA website – Possibility to manage 4 or more USB probes with DataDirect, StatExpress or DATA-VIEWER software (free) OTHER – Communication by sending ASCII commands possible
