Plastic Sedgewick Rafter Chamber: The cell holds 100 cubic millimetres of liquid 1 millimetre deep over an area of 50 x 20 millimeters. The plastic base is divided into 1 millimetre squares. A cover glass traps liquid to the correct depth. By observing the liquid through a low magnification microscope objects contained in each cubic millimeter can be identified and counted. Includes cover glass.
