The Top Deck collection is quality medium-priced rainwear developed specifically for the North American market. This flame retardant fabric is double coated PVC on a polyester core. All garments feature non-conductive snaps and Microwelded seams and are guaranteed 100% waterproof. The quality of the Top Deck satisfies the requirements of the flame resistance criteria specified in paragraph 5.2 of CAN/CGSB-155.1-M88.
