4.20 mm Diameter Borescope
The Hawkeye Pro Slim Borescope combines a small diameter with bright illumination to bring you images with superb clarity.
The Pro Slim range are made with:
- The latest endoGRINs optics for sharp, detailed images
- A multicoated objective lens for optimum contrast and colour
- An independent focusing ring for easy video and still photography
- Superbright SuperNOVA lighting, with rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries
- Gradient LightConcentrator post to further enhance subject illumination
- Rigid and resilient stainless steel tubing
Alone, the Pro Slim has a 42 FOV, 0 DOV. However, use of the included mirror tube accessory provides a 90 DOV, whilst only increasing the overall diameter to 4.8mm.
These endoscopes are sold as a kit with all of the above items and a specialist cleaning kit which come in a hardy carrying case to keep them safe and organised.
The Pro Slim range are ideally suited to NDT (non-destructive testing) and inspecting machined metal parts, allowing clear visualisation of burrs, surface finish in bores and inspection of drilled cross-holes etc.
