Tips to Prevent Stalling with the Maxshine M0312 V2 Mini Cordless Polisher
1.Use Light Pressure
This polisher is designed for precision work. Applying excessive pressure can cause the motor to stall, especially in dual-action mode. Let the tool do the work.
2.Check Battery Power
Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. Low battery levels can reduce torque and cause stalling. Use the LED indicator to monitor battery status.
3.Choose the Right Speed Setting
Match the speed setting to the task. Lower speeds may not provide enough power for heavy-duty polishing. Adjust to higher RPMs (up to 4700) for tougher jobs.
4.Use Compatible Pads
Avoid oversized or heavy pads that can overload the motor. Stick to the recommended pad sizes included in the kit for optimal performance.
5.Avoid Overloading the Motor
If the tool stalls frequently, pause and let it cool down. Continuous heavy use can overheat the motor and trigger safety shutdowns.
