The BT50 to ISO50 Adapter allows the machinist to use the same CNC holder in a conventional ISO0 machine by simply changing the retention knob/pull stud for this cheap but effective adapter.So instead of buying a new holder, you just purchase the OTT retention knob/pull stud and exchange the pull stud to convert the holder from BT50 to a standard SK holder for a conventional machine.
