BT40 SIDE LOCK Is mainly used to hold Cylendrical/Straight Shank of anything like Indexable Cutter , Baby chuck , Carbide Drill whatever with straight shank can hold into for better rigidity and strength it range from 16 mm to 40 mm as small diameter of shank can be hold in standard collet chuck.
Made from alloy steel hardened to 54 56rc
Balanced to G6.3 at 12,000 rpms
Concentricity is less than .005 micron upto 100 Length and 0.012 upto 200 Length
All critical tool holder surfaces precision ground
Gage length is 50MM,100MM,150MM
Rear thread for pull stud is M16 X 2.0
