Especially, the Harvey COMPASS RF-36 Router Table Fence is dedicatedlydesigned to solve the most popular issues with the existing fences in themarket. RF-36 fence is built with a special “Dual Fine-Tuning” Mechanismto allow for fine adjustments of Fence In-line Position and Out feedFence Face Offset Position with high accuracy and ease. The design willtremendously increase the efficiency of a router table tuning and theaccuracy of your works. In addition, the RF-36 fence is equipped with twoflip stops for your multiple cutting length control. The dust port isaerodynamically optimized for the best dust collection efficiency.

RF-36 COMPASS Router Table Fence

Featuring the unique Dual Fine -tuning Mechanism, an aerodynamicallydesigned dust port, flip stops and laser etched scale, this fence made ofanodized aircraft- grade aluminum will greatly improve your efficiency andexpand your working capacity to a new notch.

The router fence is available in metric and imperial versions.

Dual Fine-tuning Mechanism

Zero Clearance Fine-tuningMechanism of Main Fence

The main fence is designed with a zeroclearance fine-tuning mechanism.

Double brass nuts structurewith a strong spring ensurethe zero clearance of thefine-tuning mechanism.

The lateral play can be easilyeliminated by adjusting thetwo set screws on the guidebar, which presents a muchhigh adjusting accuracy ofthe whole Fence. The twoball bearings ensure thesmoothness while slidingthe whole Fence.

For metric version, the increment ofa full turn of the micro-adjustmentknob is 1mm, and the increment foreach turn of one grid in the scale ringis 0.02mm; for imperial version, theincrement of a full turn of themicro-adjustment knob is 1/20″, and the increment for each turn of onegrid in the scale ring is 0.001″

Zero Clearance Fine-tuningMechanism of Fence Face

The outfeed fence face can also be adjustedseparately with a Fine-tuning Mechanism.

The perfect adjusting parallelism of the two fence halves can be achievedby the zero clearance dovetail mechanism which is also the premise of thehigh adjustment accuracy.

Just like the mechanism on the main fence, for metric version, the increment of afull turn of the micro-adjustment knob is 1mm, and the increment for each turn ofone grid in the scale ring is 0.02mm; for imperial version, the increment of a full turnof the micro-adjustment knob is 1/20″, and the increment for each turn of one gridin the scale ring is 0.001″.

Fence Face

The fence faces can be tightened easily by locking knobs, and they are fixedby a dovetail slot, so that you can move them to left or right for a desiredopening size.

Scale and Flip Stop

The Flip Stop slides in a groove on top of the fence and can be lockedanywhere you choose. The standard RF-36 Router Table Super Fenceincludes two flip stops.

Allthe graduationsare laser etched onthe scale.

The scale and flip stop provide accuracy and repeatability for a wide varietyof cutting tasks, such as machine stopped dados, mortises, fluting and otherdecorative profiles with precise stop points.

Aerodynamically Designed Dust Port

The 2-1/2″ (63.5mm) upper dust port on the fence is aerodynamicallydesigned, which can improve your dust collecting efficiency.

Premium Materials

The Fence is made of anodized aircraft-grade aluminum extrusion whichis durable and provides great wear-resistance and superior hardness.

A MDF board is used for the Fence Face, which is a perfect solution toproviding tearout controland additional support for your workpiece whenusing large diameter cutters.

RT-685/800 Cast lron Router Table

The RT-800 features a table of 31-1/2″ X 23-1/4″ x 1-3/4″ (800 X 590 x 45mm).

The RT-685 features a table of 27″ X 23-1/4″ x 1-3/4″ (685 x 590 X 45mm);

The RT-685 suits for all the table saws of Harvey Ambassador Series andcan be mounted to mosttable saws that have 27″ deep tables including:

Harvey–C300, C200Grizzly–G0690, G0691, G0899

Sawstop–PCS SHOP FOX–W1819, W1820, W1824

The RT-800 suits for all the table saws of Harvey Alpha Series.

The RT-685/800 can be used flexibly. Either it can be installed on thetable saw or modified to a floor or table mounting by adding a support.

(The standard equipment list includes two long supporting legsonly, and the four short legs for table mounting are not included.

The table openingsize ofRT-685/800 is11-3/4x 9-1/4″ x 25/64″(298.5 x 235 x 10mm).

It is compatible with router liftsinstallation of the brandincluding: JessEm, Grizzly, Kreg,SawStop, Woodpeckers.

(The router mounting plateis not included in this system).

For achieving a high flatness and superb stability, the table is made ofpremium cast iron with the advantages of durability and wear resistance.

RT-DC Dust Collection Cabinet

*RT-DC Dust Collection Cabinet can be purchased separately.

It is equipped with a 4″(100mm) dust port which can work with theaerodynamically designeddust port on the fence in unison, plus featuringthe adjustable air inlet, the dust collecting efficiency can be greatlyimproved, presenting you a clean and enjoyable cutting.

The cabinet can be easilyopened, providing you aconvenient maintenance.

It can be installed underthe table directly withoutany more assembling.
